Ht. 5ft6, Wt. 75kgs - I want to know if this is a sort of a good idea ,today i felt like i wanted to binge real bad ,so instead of eating 3 chocolate bars (250 cals each) i ate two low fat yoghurts(50 cals each) and four packets of low fat popcorn(55 cals each) and i burned off 500 cals today already and my dinner only contained 147 cals ,so do you think i should be alright?

Reply from Mikayla, Age 15 - 06/10/06 - IP#: 24.18.50.xxx You need to eat more of a variety, at least 1200 calories a day. Dont just go by calories. Go by sodium, ingredients (no high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated anything, or trans fats), fat grams, carbs, etc. The point is not to eliminate all of those things (except those 3 ingredients) but to eat them in moderation. Your workout was good, but you definatly need to eat better. Good luck
