Ht. 5'7, Wt. 174 - Is calories and calories from fat 2 diff numbers
for example if something hsays Calories: 200 Calories From Fat: 50
Does that mean it has 250 calories in it? Or 200 and 50 of them are from fat

its means there are 200 calories in the fat in the product gave it 50 more calories
