Ht. 5'5, Wt. 175 G:125 - Ok, I think I did good today----I forgot breakfast (I had to rush out the door or I would have will tomorrow)---for lunch I had a chicken ceaser salad---and for dinner I had some chicken (not fried) and some m. potatos and a nutty bar for dessert and only water all day---what do you think??

u NEED 2 eat b reakfats. it only helps. if not, ur body will go into starvation mode and hold onto any fat it can get from the other foods u eat, even if they are healthy. but otherwise u did good

Instead of a ceasar salad, try a regular salad with skinless chicken in it. Ceasar salad dressing has a lot of fat in it. GOod luck!

yea i wouldn't do that. chicken ceasar salad is fatty and full of calories! i hope you didn't have croutons or dressing with it. i'd also skip the nutty bar and be sure to have no more than a half cup of mashed potatos

Skipping breakfast= Not healthy!
Chicken ceasar salad= Not healthy!
Mashed potatoes= definitely not healthy!
You won't lose weight eating like that. >_<

thats good. I think its important to reward yourself for eating good. A nutty bar sounds fine considering you have to keep your metabolism up!
