I am currently 149.2, but last year I had gone from 148.5 to 120.4 in exactly two months. I currently am working to get back down to 120.0 by August 20th.
Reply from cheryl, Age 16 - 06/11/06 - IP#: 86.14.168.xxx Well how about instead of watching tv or reading you go on the elptical trainer for 30 mins and the treadmill intstead .Try and burn around 1000 cals a day and do weights and about 50 crunches and you should see those pounds melt away.
Reply from Mikayla, Age 15 - 06/11/06 - IP#: 24.18.50.xxx eliptical, stationary bike, this whole trainer thing that I don't know how to work, a treadmill, a couple handweights, jumprope, "skipit," floor mats, and a punching bag. i normally use the treadmill at a high incline and lift weights, do crunches, etc.
