Ht. 5'3, Wt. 130 - For anyone that is over weight try these things to help you.
1)Drink LOTS of water!!
2)Chew gum it keeps your mouth busy and then you won't eat as much.
3)Brush your teeth as soon as your done with dinner. It stops you from eating or snacking after dinner.
4)Always eat breakfast!!
5)this sounds weird but chew all your food(even bananas)33 times. That way it takes longer to eat and you will relize your full before you eat to much.
I'm not acctually over weight but I am looking to lose 10 lbs this summer. My problem is I am at the point where I look ok but 10 lbs would make me feel so great about myself.
