Ht. 4'11", Wt. 143? - im outside walking now, but came back in my house to take a break. So far i've walked 1.3 miles ans burned 77 calories. is it OK to eat something after i'm done walking? it seems like eating something will waste all those calories you burned

yea u can eat sometthing when ur done exercising u have 45 minutes to eat whatever u want cause ur body is still burning calories

how do you know how many calories you burn when you walk??

if your really hungry you need to eat or you will only be hurting your body. try eating a few sticks of celery or 1/2 and apply maybe a banana. But if your not hungry don't eat. Also make sure your drinking alots of WATER!! You feel hungry when your dehydrated too. so drink lots of water every day. I persanaly havn't been drinking enogh water so one of my goals over summer is to drink no less than 5 bottles of water(16oz) and 1 glass (8oz) of diet V-8 splash (only 10 calories) every day!! Hope that helps.

Well you need to simply walk more!!I walked 20km yesterday and burned of 1250 cals its as simple as the more you walk the more cals you burn.

I walked/ ran 1 1/2 miles now, and only burned 85 calories. should i be walking more?? most people on here say they burned 300- 400 calories.. help??!?
