Juast start nice and easy on your diet don't cut everything out at once.....I don't think you sould be asking for people's phone numbers..............

I'm guessing you mean advice on weight loss so I'll give you my advice. Start out slow by cutting down on something like soad. Drink no more than 1 can a day and have everything else you drink be water and 1 glass of a nurtious, low cal, low sugar juice. Starts our with that and add a 30 minute walk everyday. Then do another food change like adding an apple a day and then go to the exsercize thing again. With maybe getting some weights and doing curls or some sort of weight training. Just do things you know you can stick too so you can keep them up for life and not just for a quick fix.
