Ht. 5'3", Wt. 188 - Hey guys this is alexis and i am so depressed with my body. i weigh 188 and i am 5'3". Im sop overweight that i have top shop in plus size stores like Lane Bryant. I can remeber it like yesterday that I could shop in LTD2 and actually get clothes i wanted instead of old grownup clothes because there's ot much of a plus size selection. I see all these skinny people and how nice their body looks, how many boys are atrracted to them (dont get me wrong plenty of boys ask me out too) but id just feel better about myself, it would defienetly boost my confidence and idk i just think it would be better for me. you no, nice formfitting clothes, TEENAGE CLOTHES, fitting in more w.o getting teased,a ll the typical middle school stuff. so for a week now, ive been going to the gym for 2 hours. i've done the eliptical machine for 30 minm, list 10 lb weights 50 times, crunches, situps, bicycle, leg bbends and all that other good stuff. needless to say i got fed up one day and was like "i want my old life back". its very hard because i am always really tempted to "cheat" my diet sometimes. I mean i can go without soda but all water and stuff like salads for dinner is pretty hard! i mean i can still calm my cravings by instead of having 1 whole candy bar, buying a sample just to feed my sugar rush.I actually enjoy working out though because it gives me a sense of prid like i can do this. but unfortunelty, i am not a patient person so u no i am one of those poeple who want a "magic pill" to just drop my 70 lbs in 1 day. i no itll take a good year maybe less if im lucky, but i just need to do it now or never.well needless to say if you guys need any tips just reply or whatever and dont give up! just look ahead at what you can b instead of going baq to what u r. Reply from Isabella, Age 13 - 06/14/06 - IP#: 68.46.182.xxx hey i am 13 too and 5 4"and a few months ago i weighed around 184lbs now i am down to 174. it took me like 8 weeks to loose ten pounds, but I know I'm gonna be okay, you will too! i have a thing that if you eat healthy all day, you can have a small treat every night, even a pastry or something, and savor every dang bite. then don't eat after that. i call this my "eurpoean thinakg method" cause I know that all the thin women in europe wouldn't pig out on a giant-sized choc cake, but have a like a small piece of choloate. good luck!

Or just eat what keeps you full and if you want a candy bar eat it!! Just don'e have more than one candy bar ever day. It's the sweets you want but not to much of it!! Even try freezeing a candy bar it makes it take longer to eat so you savor it more. Your oging to the gym and doing the right things just keep it up and the pounds will strt droping!!
