Ht. 5'5, Wt. ....... - Hey! yeah im new to this site ..but i have a problem i always used to be like not skinny but not over weight i was kinda average but a little bigger but i have the potential to gain weight easily (i get that from my mom)...but anyways my point well actually question is that after school ended i gained like so much weight and it showed up in areas like my back and sides but only a little in my stomach i try to exercise but i always get this feeling when i think about it and im just like errrrrrr.ya kno wat forget it...does anyone else get like that and how can i lose weight fast but healthy and in my back and sides??? i need tips ...got ne?

yah (unfortunelty) i get it from my mother 2. but many search engines and also TV like "FitTV" has good workouts for every area u need 2 work on. GOOD LUCK

Cardio. It's the only way to burn fat from all over your body. Cuz you can't target acctually burning fat in only one area. It's a sucky situation but it's the truth. and yea I have the same problem only I get in my middle to :( thats a sure way to make the belly ring I worked so hard to get look real bad.
