Reply from alexis, Age 13 - 06/14/06 - IP#: 152.163.101.xxx yah i tried that b4, didnt help my abs but sure was fun!!!! and plus if ur trying to lose weight in ur abs by doing ab exercises, thats not gunna help. it just helps u get ripped UNDER the fat :( yah i was depressed when i heard that 2. but just do much cardio and the fat will b gone and WALLAH!! theres ur beautiful abs. GOOD LUCK
