Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 186 - I know this is two back to back bbulletins but can someone help me. I'm the 3rd biggest kid in my class. I've been trying sooo hard to loss weight. But I end up eating junk. Like last night I was stuck sleeping in the tent and I did fine all day until then. I ate 1/2 of a (family size) bag of doritos and a bag os sour cream and onion chips. I don't drink sodas but that's still not helping. Then today I did awful too and I gained weight back from what I loss and I can't go on a walk it's storming outside. It won't be nice again for a while. I really need help. I can't jump rope in the garage the ceilings are too low and I can't do anything in the house I have very low ceilings. HHHEEELLLPPP!!

Calm down!! It will be ok!! I promis I do things like eat half a thing of brownies or half a box of cookies about once or more a week and my weight stays at 130. The key is to be healthy and active. You don't have to do running or jumping ot be getting excersize. I know this doesn't sound fun but how about helping around the house and cleaning. or do strength training in your house like crunches, suwats, pushups, or stretching. All the little things help!! it will all work out as long as you don't give up!!
