Ive lost 24 pounds so far!
Anyways, It's time to start a new exercise regimen for me. What do you guys think....... Is it better to do cardio in the morning or strength training? Im not sure if it matters, bUt I just want to know your opinions, Thx.

I'd go with cardio in the mornings. How long did it take you to lose the 24 lbs?

Changing it up sound good. Don't really matter i dont' think. I'm pretty sure it's just what you like to do better. If you can get up in the morning and run or if you would rather do it later..I"m not a morning person myself so I would do the strength earlier then the running or cardio.
