Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 - hey guys i havent posted anything for a while but i am really down i lost 10lbs and then i gained 5 of it back i really want to lose more weight and get down to 130 b4 camp starts b/c all of the girls at my camp r really skinny and look great in their swimming suits me on the other hand look like a fat cow that just walked out of the pasture and i also want to make my b/f happy we havent met in person yet and i am afraid that when he sees me for the first time he is going to FREAK out b/c i weigh 15lbs more than he does im really depressed right now can someone help me get back on the right track :'( lots of love Kellina

Just get thw sweet stuff you're tempted by and get it out of the house or tell your mom to hide it from you so you won't eat it and don't buy any sweet things at all. Then, just start working out and eating better and the lbs. will fall off. Don't worry about your b/f he is in love with the girl he talks to NOT your body (no offense ment)---he will love you for who you are!
Reply from Kaylee, Age 14 - 06/15/06 - IP#: 66.82.9.xxx there are always insanly then girls at camp, school, and in life. Just remember you look good in a swim suit if you have one that fits you right so go with what you have!! you can lose some weight by camp but 20 is a lot to lose. Good luck!!
