Ht. 5'4, Wt. 183 - ok guys i am going to lose weight! okay? but i am going to start this thing right here! Anbody who signs there name below this has to do this! I will sign my name but not for 3 lbs a week just cuz my goal isn't on the scale and I don't have a scale in my house. My goal is on being able to run more and be healthier.
