Reply from alexis, Age 13 - 06/15/06 - IP#: 152.163.101.xxx depends on how big u r and the characteristics of ur chest. if they often hurt and sag,its probably fat. if theyre not, then there's probably little fat. and also depends on ur cup size. if ur 16 and have a DD, theyll probably shrink. I no i am 13 and i am a C cuz of mostltly fat. and if u exercise that fat could probably go away. I no cuz my cousin runs tracks and is skinny already and she dropped a cup size after 2 seasons.
