Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 186 - Hey Did I eat ok today I know I post this a lot but can someone tell me. 1/2 bag of baby carrots, a cup of peaches, 2 ice crunch bars, chips and pasta. But I worked out for 30 min today so far. How did i do?

I say if you have to have and icecream bar eat one a week. Or get healthy choice icecream or fudge bads. They cost a lot but they are so much better for you than other types of icecream bars!! I love icecream!! Espechally during the summer but with all the saturated fat in it and being 150+ calories for 1/2 cup it just isn't worth it for me to have it for desert every night. I would rather have a popcicle thats only 50-100 caloires and no fat. Try to find ones with less sugar too. Best of luck!!

CHIPS r 1 of the top 10 worst foods for u. also pasta should be a side dish. about 1/2 - 1 cup is good. n e more your adding many carbs. try wheat pasta f ur an addict (like me). and the ice crunch bars, totally gotta go out the door juss like the chips. but fruits and veggies is good!GOOD LUCK
