Ht. 5'5, Wt. 210 - is it true your arms are the easiest place to slim, and if so just lift weights, right?

You cannot spot reduce. You just have to lose weight, in general, then eventually your target zones will begin to shrink. But just localizing on one problem spot doesn't work.

I disagree with that idea. My arms are the only things that havent slimmed and I've lost 24 pounds.

No but by building muscle not only will you burn fat but you will also have really nice arms to show off once its done.

well it depends on u but i guess. but if u plan on toning them and losing the flab u have to do cardio 2 to lose some of the fat cause weights will only make bigger muscles but if u cant c them whats the use

Well its not 4 me... ive been trying for a while... but u have to work your whole body to see effects in your arms

lifting weights gets rid of fat it doesn't slim. because if your lifting weights your building muscle. so if you lift weights exspect muscle not thin arms.
