Just work out more and you should be okay! just make sure you dont go under 1200..

lots of fruits, veggies, green veggies, and WATER WATER WATER!!!! top 10 things NOT to eat:
chips
chicken nuggets
hotdogs
donuts
french fries
dried fruit
lunchables
poptarts
JUICE FLAVORED drinks (like 10% fruit juice gimmicks)
soda
just eat maybe chicken salads and apples and peanut butter or celery and peanut butter or cheese and crackers and WATER!!! also exercise and ull drop lbs in no time =)GOOD LUCK
