Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - My daily meals were pretty simple. I always make breakfast my biggest meal, cause it gives you an energy boost to get you started for the day, and the calories will burn off by lunch or mid afternoon(depending on the time variation and your daily activities)I tried to eat diff things so I wouldnt get bored, like waffles and a good breakfast meat, or an omelet and toast W/ fruit. Throughout the day I just eat small stuff. Mainly fruit, soup, cereal...etc.- But just when I feel hungry. I never eat past 7 or 8, THIS HELPS EXTREMELY. I have no idea how, but it does! I used to have a prob with ALWAYS feeling hungry, -it was a mind thing- So I started drinking orange juice as some of my fruit consumptions because it feels me quick and is good for you. My appetite was so great, but now I barely have an appetite during the day, I have to force my self to eat, or eat really small things. I am however a long way from my goal, but the improvement is Wonderful! ****Oh yah, A lot of times PPL just have to keep trying to they find a right plan for them, cause not everyone elses may work for you as it has that person. Not even really brisk, more leisurely.-But since I am more overweight, any changes and movement I make will have benefits(which is why I didnt have to do much). I don't want the weightloss to slow down so now I am about to start some strength exercises(crunches, squats, etc) and I am also going to jogg/walk, then I plan to start running if im able. The Jogg/walk that I am talking about is like, I jogg around a track till I need to stop then I slow down into walking, then repeat. I did this a while back and it was pretty easy/simple for me, I just fell off somewhere and stopped..OK, TTYL!
