Ht. 5'7, Wt. 272 idk - k i have a question every one talking about if u eat less of what u already eat u will weigh less rite but then other is going and changing there diet dramictaly so how does this help when u only cut half of the bad foods ??

You dont have to completely cut out all bad foods. You're able to treat yourself once in a while but try not to make a habit out of it, and dont eat too much of it.

u have to cut out ALL bad foods. maybe have sumthin like an oatmeal cookie once every 1-2 weeks or sumthing but no more than 1. when they say eat less they mean portion urself. instead of having a big plate of pasta with alfredo sauce have 1/2-1 cup serving of pasta w. marinara sauce. there are much better alternatives to some foods, like wheat bread and pasta instead of white. now dont starve yourself cuz as soon as u start eating again ur body will hold on to all the fat and ull b bigger than u were b4 so juss exercise, eat portionally and healthy and drink WATER!!GOOD LUCK
