Ht. 5'5, Wt. 185lbs? G:125lbs - It's more of the same---I'm doing HORID on my diet and my parents can't afford to get a membership at a fitness place and equipment is expensive too! Any ideas to what I can do in the house to extercise?? Please respond....

There a good way to tone your legs but don't try and do them for to long or you wil be really sore for a few days :)

you sit aginst a wall with your back flat aginst the wall and your legs have to be 90 degrees. AKA you could put a basketball on your lap and it wouldn't roll twards your body or off your legs. You also can't use your hands to suport yourself. Can't move your legs. they hurt!! the longest i have ever done thim is 9 minutes and I cheated by moving my legs a little I can do them 6 minutes the right way. and i"ve been doing them the last 3 years ever day in school.

if your parents don't have the money but want to help you maybe you guys could go on family walks a few times a week. Also do Crunces, squats, pushups, situp, lunges, lunge walks, jumping jacks, running in place, weights (you can use water bottles or anything thats easy to hold as a weight). There are endless things to do in your house and yard!! also try getting a fitness magazine and doing the excersizes in it. Or get a go active happy meal from Mcdonals. they have fitness DVDs in them. Just never give up!!
