Ht. 5'4", Wt. - - I am going crazy! Every time I try to start eating healthier, I can't stay motivated and fall back into old eating habits. How can I stay motivated to eat healthy when there's junk food right in front of me? Help please!

You are so right Alexis!! You need to eat breakfast!! it's so important!! even if you don't feel hungry it's best to eat something!! Just remember if you have a big breakfast you have all day to work it off!! But if you have a big dinner and then a desert at 8 at night you arn't going to be working it off!! Fuel your body the right way and it will thank you!!

yes but dont listen to the "dont eat breakfast" part. BREAKFAST IS YOUR ENERGY!!! if you dont eat breakfast your body will go into starvation mode and will hold onto the fat in every food you eat, no matter hwo healthy,so EAT BREAKFAST! and i no this because i have a nutritionist.

well this is what i have been doin' i went to the YMCA yesterday and i didnt eat breakfast! and i i swim exercised! i got thirsty and there were all my fav. pops and then i thought hmm i burned so many cals. today y would i go gain them back so i git a lemon ade! and i came home @ 8 and i thought ( all i had today was a drink) so i thought i could have a good dinner and not feel guilty! the piont is go do sumthing else than eat junk food and do sumthing fun !!! would u rather eat 1 cookie all day with the whole box in front of u or have fun and dont think of food! hope this helps!

just say " i no if i eat this i am wasting all of my time and ill never get any thinner." There is many healthy alternatives and just stay focused and think "i need 2 take this seriously or im wasting my time". GOOD LUCK =)

Try getting rid of the junk foods and bring healthy food into the house. Also if you want something sweet get 100 cal packs or ever real cookies. Just make sure you only eat 1 cookie a day!! I know that my eating habits changed a lot when I stared asking my mom for healthier things like yogurt, bananas, apples, and a smoothie maker!! Yum!! But there are always cookies around my house and icecream. Because I have junk at my house I have just had to learn self control. I will eat 1 cookie a day but I will take like 1/4 of the cookie and I will leave the ketchen before I eat it. That way I don't eat the whole cookie and then go back for more. It really helps. Also try and stay away from food unless your hungry and when your hungry think of something healthy to eat befor you go and get it. YOu can do it!! It's self control at 1st but then it becomes habit!! Good Luck!!

Just think of something healthlier to eat like fruit or some other diet food you like and stick with it! Have you printed the posted they have here with the pig?
