Ht. 5'8, Wt. 17? - Hey well last summer all i did was eat! every time i went to the kitchen! gross eh? But this summer i dont eat much like the otha day all i ate was a lemonade till like 8 then i had a snack! and 2 day i had breakfast and dinner? plus i am playing volleyball and drinking water and sports dirnks til i puke! lol but if i keep this up do u think i could lose 20 by end of summer? i also go to the YMCA at least twice a week???

Kyssa----You need to eat AT LEAST 1200cal a day----drink plenty of water (or gaterate if you do the sports)---Good luck Kyssa!!

Don't eat like that. Its not enough food. 1200 calories, balanced meals, etc. Eat 5 small meals. Lemonade and a snack is not good nutrition. You are hurting your body.
