Ht. 5'3, Wt. 225 - hey today i ate nothing but a slice of pizza from work and i drank water alday but i did have a diet pepsi and i hate like 5 pepporonis but thats it...i think im doing good so far...

Beth---You need to eat more than one piece of pizza---you need to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's good you work somewhere that means you get more extercise. Good luck Beth!

Yeah you did great....minus the fact that all you ate was junk and you starved yourself after that. Follow the directions from the person below me. She has it right.

you have done horribly..sorry babe. a slice of pizza for a whole days meal sucks. You need at least 1200 calories.. get some good food in there that arent so high in fat. fruits and veggies, lean meat ect
