Ht. 5'10, Wt. 250? - i am a 19 year old male and i have large man boobs which are equivelant to a c cup for females. i really need someones help in reducing them, everyone here seems to be female therefore cannot realte to my problem. any advice would be helpful, as i am interested in ways in which i can hide my chest such as tight clothing or even bra's. i need help from u girlls or guys.

hmm you should maybe start running because it moves your entire body. which it doesnt have to be running go out and play some football or basketball thats always good but dont try to hide them because insidde you'll know that theyre still there just lose em it'll be easy most guys are move more than most us girls

First of all, don't be self-conscious about it. I'm sure it is a pretty common problem for many men. I'd recommend that you get an undershirt or something like that temporarily. I'd say it is best that you start out on a weight-loss program though, no offense. And like the other girl said, you should do the weight loss first and then build up muscle. You might actually want to see your doctor about this problem or something. He (or she) might be able to help you out with this problem. Anyways, best of luck!

katie you are right i will start exercsing. however i meant to say earlier that i want to know advice about wearing tight under garments to surpress the fat so i appea thinner or not as flappy with the outer layers of clothes. if any one has any adivce or tips please let me know. espeicaly girls who know ways to make their boobs smaller

i became very self concious when i saw a girl who i went school with a few month ago. she's not evil or anything but when she saw me we talked for a while then she said 'wow your t*ts have gone big'. although sh was joking it really hurt me and i just laughed it off.

you should limit portions sizes to nothing larger than the palm of you hand. one meat and either two veggies or one veggie and one fruit for any meal. if you miss a meal you cannot make it up at the next one. That meal is lost. It will take some getting used to, but you can do it! DON"T STARVE YOURSELF. Starving yourself will only make the weight harder to loose and you will put on more wieght if you fall.
As for work outs - Start by burning fat. Running, walking, swimming, etc anything that will get your heart rate up for 20-45 minutes. get rid of the fat and then start working on shaping your body. Once you get rid of most of the unwanted weight you can start weight training. Weight training with the weight still on will just build your muscles under the layer of fat. After the fat is mostly gone, start with a workout specific to your chest and shoulders. Don't forget to hit your abs as well. This will be a total life style change and results will come slowly at first. There is no magic pill. Hard work is the only way to get it done. This may not be the answer you want to hear right now, but it is the truth. Good Luck and keep me informed!

just excercize and do arm and crunches upper body stuff because it doesnt matter if your girl or guy because girls will lose there boobs to if they excerize haha sick i know..BYE!
