Ht. 6'0, Wt. 183 - havent been on for awhile...but i lost another 2.5 pounds this week! and found out that my scale may be off by about 10-15 pounds...but im still gonna use it...i noticed today that before with my size 13-14 jeans i had what my mom calls a muffin top where your fat hangs over your pants...and today in my size 11 jeans i have no "muffin top" at all! and i saw my grandparents today for the first time in like 5 weeks and they seriously didnt even recognize me! ahh! crazy stuff haha! well GOOD LUCK PEOPLE! muffin top jus means ur bottoms r too tight get a bigger pair of pants and it will go away well for know while ur tryn to lose weight lol good luck
