Ht. 5'4 , Wt. 149 - does walking work as well as running b/c i cant find myself to be able to run long distances?Kellina

Reply from Nadie, Age 15 - 06/19/06 - IP#: 71.12.12.xxx yeah of course. heres what you should do. first start off walking at a good pace that you are comfortable at. then every week increase the pace by a little bit and before you know it you will be able to run long distances =] or maybe try 3:2:1 its really cool you job for 3 minutes walk a minute jog for 2 minutes walk a minute then jog 1 minute then walk a minute =]
