Ht. 5'3, Wt. 225 - hey everyone just an update on my diet im still doing horrible all i ate today was a chicken bacon ranch sub from subway and thats it...i never seem to eat breakfast or supper unless its late..what shou;d i do..everyday im like todays a new day and im gonna do good but all i do is seem to fail

maybe finding a good day to day diet may help you b.c it always helps me to know what i am going to eat the day. and by the way ive heard starving yourself makes you gain more weight than eating a good portion b/c what your body does is stores the food you have for energy. so you may want to consider eating breakfast and dinner but make it healthy you know =] or maybe start off easy.

Hey what i do is close my eyes and picture what i want to look like and whenever u decide to give in or give up or anything like that close ur eyes and picture what u want to look like and say to yourself "i have to try, i have to try"

always eat breakfast for energy and to get your metabolism started so u can burn off more calories in the day. even if u have to grab a granola bar and run.and try to eat dinner as early as possible even when ur on the go like if u have a sandwich and a baggy of baby carrots or something, youll find time and itll all work out. if u need any tips, email me @ malatomami57@aol.com i love helping people with their weight problems so just email me .
