Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 172 - Okay well I decided to post my weight this time and I realized that I should be more open and honest earlier this week I had my friend Jocelin sign in and see if they would except her and then I realized that she would probaby be harassed for not being overweight and being on an overweight teens sight (she was harassed). She only came on here to get me some tips , but I am really sorry Jocelin in the event that you read this. So can you help me a real overweight teen I hope to be 150 by September 5th and I started a weight watchers diet with my aunt but have cheated all weekend. I ate at pizza hut (3 and a half breadsticks and a salad with eggs on it) on friday. On saturday I ate two whoopie pies. Yesterday I ate some cake a hamburger and some cookies. Today I ate some pizza and more cake. Oh yah I am only listing the really bad things that I ate so don't think that I am on some kind of junk food diet (I WOULD NEVER DO THAT). Help me tommorow I am going to start new but I still need to lose 22 pounds. Tips friends and I am welcome to new things just no crash dieting (been there done that once then I quit) Adios amigas

hmm i have an idea you should put a picture of yourself now and stick it on the fridge and everytime you go to open the fridge you see the picture and be like if you eat youre not helping lose weight. sticking an overweight picture on me on the fridge always helped me not to cheat lol i begged for my parents to get a lock on it..but now ive got control =]

Just don't let the fact you cheated this weekend stop you from making your goal!! I only have 10 lbs to lose and I cheated all weekend too....the thing it I wasn't cheating I'm killing myself. I mean I know I'm not over weight but I do want to lose 10 lbs for sports and I'm just killing my chances and being everything I can be. Plus by putting the food in my body that is all sugar and fat I'm hurting my body...I just need to remember that before I pig out. Just remember your goal and don't let anything or any set back get in your way!! Your only human and you can't eat salad and low point items all the time. but you can learn self control. I'm right there with you on learning it!! Just get on track and stay there most of the time!! you will lose weight!!
