Ht. 5'6ish, Wt. ..... - do you think this was a heathish meal day??? i'm trying to eat healither normally right now soo when i go on a diet it won't be soo hard. ok soo breakfast... i have a bowl of speical k with fat free skim milk.. lunch another boal of speical k with fat free skim milk.... snack... crackers with cheese dinner speggitti (sp?) with a side salad... no red sause and a glass of water then a sunkist (diet) then then for a desert ( we are celebrating a late fathers day) soo i had a drum stick... it doesn't sound to good... but it is better for me then normall when i have about 4 snacks a day ( plus 3 more meals ) and the snacks are normally like icecream... and like chips and salsa and cheese... and stuff like that.. you think i improved?
