Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - So yeah...this week has been really bad for me. I havent been gorging to the point where i am eating like 2000 calories, but i have not been following my diet and my excercise is minimal. Friday marks the first day of summer break. I will have just gotten back from a campout at my friends house. I am going to start over this weekend. I know I should start now, but there are circumstances i dont feel like sharing with all of you. Next week will be back to my healthy, vegetarian organic diet with lots of water and at least 3 miles of walking/running. I am going to set up a routine for this summer. like wake up do this, etc. I'll keep ya'll posted when i figure it out.

Actually, Nadie, I also eat all vegetarian organic, and the food is so much better!! Especially the fruits and vegetables. You get all the taste, without the pesticides and other chemicals they put on. Yeah, I totally relate to you, Mikayla. I'm doing the same thing. Im just focusing on school and other stuff in my life right now, but when i get out on Wednesday, I'm going to hit the exercising and healthy eating hard. GOOD LUCK!!!!

well the routine thing is a good way to start off hopefully you'll keep on track of that b/c thats what i did now. but organic foods? gross lol thats disgusting but i mean if you can eat that and think you will last then go for it =] but if not i have a few diets if youd like just email me x3_nadie_x3@yahoo.com and good luck with the circumstances that have been happening and good luck with your diet im sure you will lose weight by the end of the summer =] goo for it!

Thats great keep up the good work ,get a step counter and try get 10,000 steps a day and watch those pounds melt away.
