Ht. 5'6, Wt. 281 - So...I've started eating super-healthy and working out with weights for about half an hour a day and then doing cardio for about 20 minutes a day. I'm thinking of upping the cardio to twice a day, for a total of 40 minutes. How fast can I reasonably expect to lose some weight if I stick to it?

Reply from alexis, Age 13 - 06/20/06 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx since ur (no offense) kindof weighty, you could lose it faster than some people i the first few weeks. depending on ur ideal weight, which should be about 128 lbs (i looked up your bmi)thatl;l take about a good 1 1/2, may b a lil more, to lose about 150 lbs. but juss think if u start now ull be thinner 1 day sooner!!! =) g00d luck
