Ht. 5'6 1/2, Wt. 152 - :/ Hey you guys.
I am over weight by about 15 lbs.
I hope no one gets offended at me being here by it not being a huge issue. But the fact is it still hurts. & it is a problem i have been dealing with for many years. And i am a person who always says im going to loose weight. but hasnt. In the past 3 years i havemost likely said "you guys im sick of being in my skin and i want to loose weight" about 1000 times. I just dont have any help/motivation. Im kind of poor. so i dont have a gym membership/ and i cant get one. my mom is kind of stick so she wont let me go running. And my family doesnt buy healty food, because honestly its a little pricy compared to what we usually get. Does any one know anything that can help me? I cant live like this any more. i need your help. Please dont blow this off. I need YOU guys. You guys are what could change my life... so please, any small tips or exersices, or diet plans that have workd for you in the past would not only be amazingly needed and appreciated. But Despertly needed...

A good exercise I found is cleaning the house. I speed vaccummed the house for a month and loss 7 lbs. I stopp drinking sodas and started to just walk around my house more and watched less T.V. and ate less then usuall

well you dont always need a gym to excersize there are tons of things around the house. jogging around the block..dancing in your rooms. maybe you can save up a couple of dollars and buy work out videos those are always fun =] also maybe try eating smaller portions like when you order pizza if you usually eat 2 cut it down to 1. instead of ice cream frozen yogurt. hey i have a diet that may be easy and doesnt include the expensive healthy things if you cant find it in an earlier message email me x3_nadie_x3@yahoo.com and ill get it to you

Try excersizing in your house. There are tons of things you can do in your house to get 60 min of excersize. Also I know it might not be the funnest thing in the world but you could always go around the narborhood and see if they have any jobs you can to do earn a little money. Plus walking around and doing odd and end jobs will be good excersize. Just see the hope!! You can lose weight no matter income, size, age, time in your lift, ect. It's all up to you!!
