Ht. 5'4", Wt. 143 G130 - if i walk/jog 1 mile after every meal and eat better how much do you think i could lose in a week?

Reply from Kaylee, Age 14 - 06/20/06 - IP#: 66.82.9.xxx You only need to lose like 13 lbs to be your goal. I think if you jog/walk every day like you mentioned you could get down to your goal and be in a lot better shape by the end of summer. That is as long as you are eating mostly healthy.
