Ht. 4'11', Wt. 141 - yesterday the scale said 141, so i guess i lost 5 pounds, even though i don't see any difference in me or feel any different. I just walked 8760 steps, or 3.307 miles, and burned 189 calories. is this right?!?!? Because some people on here are saying when you walk 10,000 steps you burn almost 500 calories. Is my step counter off or am I doing something wrong?!?!?

I don't know about the step counter, but once you start losing around the double digits (not at the same time, just the total amount from the whole "diet/eating healthy") so you shouldn't really be able to see a difference

My step counter is like that to. Everyone says you are supposed to loss 500 calories in 1000 steps but I don't either.
