Ht. 5'4", Wt. - - Hi guys! I am doing pretty well today and so far only have about 70 calories because I burned off most of the others. Does anyone have suggestions for a healthy dinner because I don't want to ruin a good day with a junk food dinner. Thanks!

If you like pickles then have them as a side, all pickles usually have little or no calories(when eaten in the correct serving) so they make a great side dish. ALso for the meal have a salad and put your favorite fruit on it, fruit adds great flavor to any salad (exept the ones with chicken that would be disgusting lol). For dessert throw some fruit together and have a cup of fruit salad or if you are in the mood for something cooler try an ice pop, (they usually have 45-100 calories) just not ice cream.

Reply from alexis, Age 13 - 06/20/06 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx maybe a salad with some ripped up deli turkey with ur favorite TRANSPARENT (not creamy) dressing on the and maybe a side of ur favorite healthy food like carrots and dip or pretzels whatever u like. but i spice my salads up with deli meat or baked chicken strips and i dip my forkful in dressing so i dont overdo the calories. and dont forget the water.
