Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 172 - Hi guys today I found out alot.I found out that it takes about 3500 extra calories to make a pound but it also takes burning that 3500 calories to lose a pound. Also if you walk (or run) a mile than you will burn 100 calories so if you walk 35 miles a week (5 miles a day) than you will lose 1 pound as long as you only eat the average of 1200 calories!!! Tommorrow I am starting a new dieting plan do to this information!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any tips that you have still will be greatly excepted I was just so excited to share this information!!!!!!!!!!!YAY -Allie

Because 200 x 7 = 1400 extra calories a week that I would not be eating, plus walking two miles a day, so 200 x 7 = 1400, 2800 is a little short though...ick!
