Ht. 5'7, Wt. 210 - whens the best time of the day to weigh yourself? and is pasta and noodles bad for you?

Think about it this way. Your body needs food to live. You need some of everything. Pasta isn't always the best for you so eat it in small portions like 1/2 cup every week or 2. It won't hurt you to eat it sometimes and it's not going to make a big enough difference in calories to lose weight if you don't.
Reply from Mandy, Age 13 - 06/21/06 - IP#: 68.112.162.xxx I would say in the morning, or before you go to bed. Don't weigh yourself every day though. About 1 every 2 weeks or so? Pasta is a grain & it's in the food pyramid or whatever. You need grains. Try whole wheat pasta or something.
