Ht. 5'6, Wt. ..... - ok you guys i only have one real problem area on my body... and it is that at my stomach like around my bellibotton there is this line and after that it is just pretty much a like tire around my waste ( that what my mom calls it anyways )soo if anyone could please give me some advise on how to lose it that would be AMAZINGGG... love you all

Start running every day or doing some activity that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up for about 30 minutes. Any type of cardio burns fat. Don't give up!! I have the same issue with my middle everything else is toning up but it's staying round. Just don't give up!!

sit ups are a good help && actually i have some information on losing love handles and stuff and a couple of excersizes that help so x3_nadie_x3@yahoo.com
