Ht. 5'4", Wt. 141 G130 - does a treadmill burn more calories or does that one thing like a treadmill but not burn more calories i think its starts with an e or sounds like it starts with an e sorry if you dont know what im asking
Reply from alexis, Age 13 - 06/21/06 - IP#: 152.163.101.xxx eliptical. it depends on how intese your workout is and about how long but basically itll burn about the same about. eliptical may burn a few calories less thought but i find the treadmill kind of boring so i do the eliptical it makes it kind of fun and because it feels cooler than running on a platform!! so good luck! @l3x!$
