Reply from alexis, Age 13 - 06/21/06 - IP#: 152.163.101.xxx everyone has temptations sometimes. so when u do, just take a piece 1/2 the size of your palm and eat it slowly and drink water with it so itll fill you up and you wont want to go back for seconds. but yes, it is best to just stay away from them period.
Reply from Kaylee, Age 14 - 06/21/06 - IP#: 66.82.9.xxx If you want a piece splurge and eat 1 piece and not one the size of your head either!! a little peice with a small scoop of icecream and you have a weeks splurge!! We have to except that there are so many fatting food and were going to eat them sometimes. No one is prefect enough to stick to a strick diet unless they are already skinny and don't like eating as is.
Reply from marly, Age 14 - 06/21/06 - IP#: 72.128.105.xxx You should def celebrate with your fam for your brother's bday, and if you've promised yourself to eat only one piece stick with that promise. It is most definitely okay to celebrate on a special occasion.
