Ht. 5"4?5, Wt. 220-30? - i am starting a diet today and i love this site theres so much suport on it which everyone needs! i alwaste go on diets but never stay on them now that summers comin i have to!any tips leave them :)

Start off by saying "this is not a diet it is a healthy way of life" 10 times. Now to your questions of how to stick to this HEALTHY WAY OF LIFE The key is to do thing that you can stick to for YOUR WHOLE LIFE. 1 easy change is limiting soda. It is easy and saves probably a bizillion calories a year. I'm not really sure how many tiems 3,500 calories go into a bizillion but I'm sure it's a lot! (FYI:3,500 calories=1LB) Another easy one is cutting back on your serving size. Do that by cutting your hambuger in 1/2 or taking half the serving of pasta you normally have. Of course you don't want to 1/2 the healthy foods like fruits and veggies. Eat as many of them as you can. Start drinking a ton of water! and Get up and move every chace you get!! Think of it as I can do it as long as I move my hips to it!! Ok well that was a fun reply to write...really hope it helps you!!
