Ht. 5'4", Wt. - - Ahh today I was doing great but I caved at the end of the day and ate ice cream and a peanut butter cup... AHHHH. I feel like this isn't even worth it anymore..

Point is if you want some icecream once in a while eat it. Just when you do go to the cuboard and get a 1/2 cup mesuring device and mesure out 1/2 cup. Then put the icecream away in the very back of the fridge and hit it from your view so you don't come back for seconds!! And for the nights when you havn't been working so hard and done deserve the icecream don't eat it by brushing your teeth with really strong toothpaste right after dinner then AVOID the kitchen. Honestly I think avoiding the kitchen incept for when I'm hungry or getting yet another bottle of water had helped me more than almost anything else with toneing up.

I was my lowest weight this morning, but by tonight I was not, and I normally lose 1.5 lbs overnight, so that means I will be a pound heavier than I started with! This is so discouraging. I really want a McFlurry. =P
Reply from Nadie, Age 15 - 06/21/06 - IP#: 71.12.12.xxx nooo you musnt give up!! just think if i give up now then i can never reach my goal but if i can sacrifice myself for a while then i can rest for life! try posting before pictures on the fridge so you are not tempted to eat maybe or sleep early or keep yourself busy but just dont give up! and if you have a craving maybe take a low fat ice cream and its okay to eat what you crave every once in a while b/c youre going to end up eating it anyways but dont give up good luck!
