Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 172 - Hey it is me again... I have to go to another b-day party for my bro today because my mom wants to become a part of our lives and so she is making cake and home made ice cream to celebrate and I want to eat it but I have been cheating alot so I tryed to eat as little as possible today tell me if I deserve the cake Breakfast= an apple and granola (150 calories) Lunch= a turkey sandwich with just mustard (150 calories) Snack=Chocolate Tart and a pick up bar (200 calories) and my supper will be= a turkey sandwich with just mustard (150 calories) or a bagel (150 calories) or a english muffin (150 calories) do I deserve the cake?

Mustard is NOT bad for you. Depending on the kind, it has no calories. it has carbs but compare it to mayo, it's way better.

You should skip the cake and eat more dinner. The total amount of calories you have eatin/will eat if you choose 1 of the 3 dinners you supply yourself, your total intake of calories for today is 750. That is not healthy at all. You should not go under 1000. You are undereating. Try eating for fruit, they have good carbs and calories. or maybe cook some veggies for dinner.
