Ht. 5,8, Wt. 183 - well im writing again..for lunch now i have had a salad i made..just with lettus,baby carrots,and Q-comber..lol...and then i dont know what ill have for lunch..does anyone have a good btu yet simple idea of what i could have..and also i havent managed to drink the water i should yet im drinkin sunny D..prob not the best to drink but im gettin to water soon:Pone step at a time

Juss try to drink flavored water. Thats what I do because i dont like regualr water but when im working out I drink regualr water. For dinner you could have a turkey and cheese sandwich with another salad and water but youll know when you look and see what healthy stuff you have access t0- yogurt, fruit, sandwiches, wheat bread...its all up to you. good luck
Reply from Lola, Age 14 - 06/24/06 - IP#: 24.70.95.xxx Have a turkey/chiken burger on a whole what bun with low calorie condiments like lettuce, tomatoes, pickles,mustard or onions. No mayo or cheese! On the side have lots of veggies (cooked or raw) and a side salad. Its yummy and only comes out to be 400-500 calories.
