Ht. 5'6, Wt. way too much! - does anyone know a way to get a flat stomach and lose flab around there?
Reply from Claire, Age 17 - 06/24/06 - IP#: 64.131.206.xxx crunches, and SMALL MEALS every three hours is good because it speeds up your metabolism which is good for your adominal area and of course WATERR, A LOT OF IT. Don't eat after 7:30 pm anddd AEROBICS is great for stomach toning...walking, running, jogging, dancing...etc. Good Luck! I'm trying to do the same.
Reply from alexis, Age 13 - 06/24/06 - IP#: 152.163.101.xxx crunches, cardio vascualar exercises for 30 min a day (running, walking, treadmill, eliptical, jump rope, soccer, lacrosse, trampoline, swimming,.....) eat healthy, and WATER! I did all this for 3 weeks and i went down 1 pant size!! It may not work as fast for you or maybe it might work faster than me depending on your body. good luck
