Ht. 5"4?5, Wt. 220 - today so far i ate nothing for brefast.for dinner aroast beef sanwhich on whole weat and mustard insted of mayo.and a apple and water.and for supper i am having noddles with hamburger & tomatoe sauce on them tell me what you think about my eating today.?
