Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255 G:180 UG:130 - I've just found my remedy to drink loads of water. My dad has this coleman water cooler/jug that he barely uses. I just measured how many ounces it can hold with ice to chill it. It holds six, eight ounce cups with ice, it probably holds 8 without ice. After I finish the first jug I can just have 16 more ounces. I think this is a good idea seeing as I am starting at Ballys or the YMCA in July. But my goal for June 30th is 4 pounds. Wish me luck..oh and i'm gonna try rasin bran soon, hopefully it isn't gross lol

They are in most fattening foods, can raise cholesterol and they contributed to the increase in obesity. The advantage is that they are in most foods you shouldnt be eating anyway. In most grocery stores there is an area of the store that holds the organic foods. Now I know it sounds like it would be horribly disgusting, but they are really good taste wise and health wise. And a lot of products like chips and cereal are found all over the store in a brand conveniently called "Organics." It has a big "O" on it. Just watch out for saturated fats. They dont have any horrible ingredients in them because they are natural, but they can still have high sodium and saturated fats.

Reply from Mikayla, Age 15 - 06/24/06 - IP#: 24.18.50.xxx Raisin bran isnt gross, but check the ingredients. If it has high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated anything, or trans fats dont eat it. Organic cereals are pretty good though--none of those ingredients and they are healthier.
