Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Okay for the people that replied to my last post: did you not notice that I said the only thing I was adding was the taeboe to my regimen. I had been following everything else since April 8. I have lost 25 pounds since then. Its not hard for me to follow. I love following it. I am not vegetarian for health reasons either. I am vegetarian because in biology I had to dissect a baby pig. I diet/excersize 6 days a week, and then on the 7th day I weigh in and have a cheat meal. My cheat meal ends up being something with meat because although i find it kinda disturbing I still like the taste of it.

Reply from Mikayla, Age 15 - 06/24/06 - IP#: 24.18.50.xxx Look on page 2 of the bulletin boards for the rest of my regimen. I can only follow it because I gained a lot of muscle mass in weight training last year so its easy for me to walk a lot and lift heavy weights.
