lunch--salad&water
walked 1.5 miles=)punched the punchin bag some..then tanin bed:P..yaya and dinner im havin a apple and a small bit of potato and stewed meat=)..well iunno tell me what you think about my eating haddit fot today

Sounds good, but maybe to get a few more calories have a snack of carrots or vegetables, or fruits before dinner?
